FTK is a diversified hospitality management company. Its founder, Francis Kasper, is a 35-year C-level executive working with brands like TGI Fridays, Hard Rock Café, Legal Seafood’s, Macaroni Grill, The DMG Restaurant Group, Sbarro Pizza, and URBN Food and Beverages. FTK Hospitality has taken on interim COO roles, project management, brand development, recruiting, brand acquisitions, and been an advisor for local regional brands. 

In the year 2020, the hospitality world came to a screeching halt with the COVID pandemic. Deals we will see in the 2021-22 year, will be the best value since the Great Depression for buying distressed brands. We have the experience to acquire quality groups that, pre-COVID, had strong unit economics, but were not able to withstand the impact of closures due to the pandemic. 

Ideal brands we work with are small, fast-casual and full-service brands, with 3-10 locations that have a national for scalability allowing our investors a strong 3-4 year payback on investments. Our first target markets are the Mid Atlantic and Southeastern locations. 

We also have virtual kitchen brands to operate out of existing restaurants, built out large facility kitchen platforms, giving us a lower cost of entry, to scale multable brands in one kitchen, from Philadelphia to Miami.

Growing up in Long Island, Frank had first-hand exposure to growing a business. In 1950 his grandfather started a construction business which instilled the work ethic, passion and drive Frank has today. With over 30 years of hospitality experience, Frank has managed full service as well as select-service properties in almost every sector of the business – corporate, franchised and independent. He has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, employee growth and training, and asset management. He has held positions in the past as Director of operations for TGI Fridays, Senior Director of Operations at Hard Rock International, Vice President of Sbarro, Chief Operating Officer for the Dave Magrogan group, Vice President of Operations at Romano's Macaroni Grill, and Senior Vice President at SR Talent Solutions, as well as Executive Director for URBN Hospitality. Frank has shifted his area of expertise and background as owner of FTK Hospitality -- a full service recruiting, business advisor, development company.

Outside of work, Frank takes his health very seriously and has over 800 impressive hours of yoga certification and has run 50 races including 15 half marathons. Frank is also the proud father of two wonderful children.
